Challenge
Following a major business transformation, our client faced the reality that the culture which made them successful in the past wouldn’t carry them forward. To support a new operating model, they needed to realign behaviors, systems, and rituals across the organization. The challenge was to understand the current “as-is” culture, define the “to-be” culture, and embed it in a way that felt authentic, inclusive, and lasting.
Solution
We worked hand-in-hand with the CEO and leadership team to spark a company-wide culture shift. First, we held up the mirror—using surveys, diagnostics, and hard data to reveal the “as-is” culture. Then we went global, running workshops across countries and continents where employees and leaders co-created the culture they wanted for the future. Out of this came a bold manifesto: clear values and new ways of working that everyone could own. To bring it alive, we equipped leaders, managers, and culture champions with the tools to embed change through everyday conversations. And finally, we hardwired the new culture into the way work gets done – how meetings run, how decisions are made, how people are rewarded – turning aspiration into daily reality.
Outcome
The cultural shift elevated the employee experience to best-in-class levels. Employee engagement boosted to 86%, the organization earned recognition in “Best Companies to Work For” surveys, and their Glassdoor rating climbed to industry-leading levels. By aligning culture with strategy, the business built a sustainable foundation for future success.
