We ensure: – Data is collected for a clear purpose and used only for that purpose. – Data is accurate, up to date, and limited to what’s necessary. – Appropriate security and confidentiality measures protect personal data. – Data is stored and transferred only through secure, compliant systems (such as Microsoft 365 and HubSpot). – International transfers outside Switzerland and the EU are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards.

5. Data Breach Management
If a personal data breach occurs that poses a risk to individuals’ rights or freedoms, we will: – Contain and assess the breach immediately; – Notify the relevant authority (FDPIC or EU DPA) as required; and – Inform affected individuals where there is a high risk of harm.
